We are happy to accept returns! You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return for your item.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package. Please remember that items returned without a request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was sent, please reach out to us right away so we can rectify the situation. We will replace any defective or damaged items or provide an alternative option.
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Your parcel is insured against loss, theft, or damage. If you have not received your parcel within 30 days of the dispatch confirmation email, please contact us through our contact page, and we will refund or replace your order as needed.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Only items sold at regular prices are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Some goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

Refunds
